    2. Ideas must hav practical application and should have impact on day-to-day life.

    (A Poster Competition)

    Rules for competition:

  • 1. Maximum 2 participants per team.
  • 2. The poster may include text as well as diagrams, pictures photos with respect to their topics from magazines, newspapers.
  • 3. Participants should confirm their entry number from the respective chief co-ordinators.
  • 4. Participants should display their posters 10 min before time ends, for judging.
  • 5. The presentation time is maximum 5 minutes.
  • 6. Participants name & college name must be mentioned on the BACK side of the poster & entry number should be mentioned at the upper right corner on FRONT side.
  • 7. Entry fee will be Rs. 100/- per team(Entries through CASH or DD: DD must be in favor of “Principal WIT Solapur”, Payable at Nationalized Bank; must be of any nationalized bank)
  • 8. Participants must come with their drawing material, & their ideas. Drawing sheet will be provided of A1(75 cms x 55 cms) size.
  • 9. Participants should come with their college ID-cards.
  • 10.On the spot entries will be permitted.

    (Technical Quiz)

    Rules for competition:

  • 1. Maximum 2 participants per team.
  • 2. Entry fee will be Rs. 100/- per team(Entries through CASH or DD: DD must be in favor of “Principal WIT Solapur”, Payable at Nationalized Bank; must be of any nationalized bank)
  • 3. The questions will be based on – Microprocessor, Operating System, Database, Formal System and Automata, Discrete mathematical Structure, Networking, Data Structure And languages: CC++,Java.

  • First Round:

    Each Team should pass written test having MCQ type question to get entry in 2nd round. There will be 30 questions to be solved in 30 minutes. Negative marking will be there.

  • Second Round: (Rapid Fire Round)

    Negative marking will be there.

  • 3rd Round: (Do or Die)

    Test your programming skills……… (Participation certificate will be provided)

    (Technical Innovation Idea Meet)

    AREAS FOR INNOVATIVE IDEA :-
    Communication and Technology, Transport Technology, Security Technology, Medical Technology, Green Technology,Agriculture, Construction(Buildings etc), Sport and Technology, Domestic Applications,HCI(Human Computer Interaction),Renewable Products (LED based,Solar Based,Water treatement), Computer and IT related Topics.
  • 1. Maximum 2 participants per team.
  • 2. Entry fee will be Rs. 100/- per team(Entries through CASH or DD: DD must be in favor of “Principal WIT Solapur”, Payable at Nationalized Bank; must be of any nationalized bank)
  • 3. Each Team will be given 15 min time to express their innovation ideas and 5 min will be reserved for question answer round.
  • 4. New ideas belonging to the technical categories besides these are also welcomed.
  • 5. Teams can take help of PowerPoint Presentation for making for making better explanation of their innovation ideas, but it is not mandatory.
  • 6. Any innovative creation like machine/product/software etc is welcome to be explained.
  • 7. The theory or concept behind the innovation idea must be documented in a MS-WORD document & should be brought at the time of competition.
  • 8. Three copies of these documents per team are required at the time of reporting.
