Electronics Engineering Department

The Electronics Department was established in 1983. Since then the department is running a U.G. course of Electronics Engineering.

U.G. course of Electronics and Communication Engineering course is introduced since 1999.

The Electronics Engineering is a basic engineering course covering subjects like Linear Circuits, Integrated Circuits, Circuit Design, Basic and Advanced Microprocessors, Industrial and Power Electronics, Computer Hardware and Software, Video Engineering, Analog and Digital Communications, Digital Signal Processing etc.

The Electronics and Communication course covers subjects like Fundamental Electronics, Analog and Digital Communications, Microwave Communications, Video Engineering etc.

Electronics Department is equipped with the laboratories which are continuously updated. Electronics workshop with facilities for PCB manufacturing is an unique feature of this department. Students are encouraged to participate in the model making and project work through technical exhibits. The practice oriented components is brought in by seminars, project works, industrial visit and technical paper presentation on state of the art technologies
