Over the years various celebrities who have performed here  and inspired people with their great performances have felicitated Solapur. Pandit Ravi Shankar, Dagar Brothers, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Pt. Raghunath Seth, Pt. Birju Maharaj were prominent stars among them. Last year Pt. Ronu Mujumdar, notable flute player performed in an unforgettable evening. Continuing with the tradition this year,

Malavika Sarrukai  performed for Spic Macay under the Solapur chapter. She is an Eminent Bharatnatyam Dancer and her jubilating performance once again created an aura of rich Indian Cultural and Music.

The event was held on 10.09.2004 at:  Shravika Ashram in the Morning.  Siddheshwar English Medium School in the evening. The response to the event was appreciable. Over a thousand people were witness to the star studded performance by Malavika Sarrukai. With great help and support of our Principal and college management we were able to  organize the function smoothly.  We hope of continuing the tradition in the same fashion for the years to come.

The chapter is solely run by our students with all the activities are carried by students , One of the best chapters in India , Artists feel at home and feel to come back again and again. That is the success of this movement which has taught Seva Bhav to our students.
